$15+gst Flat rate shipping on all orders below $250+gst.

Shipping within New Zealand via New Zealand couriers or Post Haste couriers. For large items like compressors we will ship by trucking company 3-5 days extra.
Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as we have booked your order onto the courier.
Rural deliveries take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 - 2 days to your order delivery time frame.
If there is any delays longer than this due to out of stock items put on back order or holiday periods we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will be shipped.
Split Shipments
Depending on stock and whether your order contains large and small items, we may split the order into multiple shipments via different carriers. Small items are couriered and large items are sent via our carrier partner. You will be notified via email if this happens.
International Shipments
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International enquiries please email us first to obtain a quote, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose.
Return Policy
You may return new, unused & unopened items within 30 days excluding sale & clearance items for a full refund less shipping costs. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
