DeVilbiss KB-II Pressure Pot - 2.3 Litre (KB-555)
Professional Portability for High-Volume, Precision Spraying.
Unrivalled Maneuverability for Industrial Coatings
The DeVilbiss KB-II (KB-555) is the industry standard for professionals who require more material capacity than a gravity cup but need the mobility of a handheld unit. With a 2.3-litre (2 US Quart) capacity, this aluminum pressure pot allows for inverted spraying and access to tight spaces where a standard gun-mounted cup would fail.
Whether you are in marine refinishing, furniture making, or heavy industrial painting, the KB-II provides consistent fluid flow for both high and low-viscosity materials.
Why Choose the DeVilbiss KB-II KB-555?
- 360° Spraying Freedom: Unlike gravity or suction guns, the pressure-fed system allows you to spray at any angle—even upside down—without spitting or air pockets.
- Ergonomic "Pistol Grip" Handle: Designed to feel like a spray gun, the KB-II is balanced for one-handed carrying or can be hung from a belt hook.
- Fast Cleanup: Includes KK-5051 disposable liners and a wide mouth design, drastically reducing solvent waste and downtime between color changes.
- Built-In Precision: Features an integrated 0-30 psi air gauge and a solvent-resistant check valve to protect the regulator from paint backflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the KB-II work with waterborne paints?
The KB-555 is aluminum and best suited for solvent-based materials. For waterborne or corrosive coatings, we recommend the KB-545-SS (Stainless Steel) version to prevent corrosion.
How often should I change the liners?
For maximum efficiency, use a new KK-5051 liner for every major color change. This prevents cross-contamination and makes the pressure pot lid assembly last significantly longer.
Can I use this for high-viscosity adhesives?
Yes. The pressure-regulated system (up to 30 psi) is specifically designed to push thicker materials that suction-feed guns struggle to atomize.
